Emerson was not the only Transcendental writer. Others included Margaret Fuller, Theodore Parker, Jones Very, Elizabeth Palmer Peabody, and the original Dr. William Ellery Channing. From reading Nature and Walden myself, I became hooked on the thought of the oversoul and the internal light within us. The stories impacted my spiritual being, as well as my mind.The philosophies of Transcendentalists also make the reader wonder where the thoughts come from and how they withhold these thoughts. The customs and laws associated with segregation created a deeply entrenched culture of white supremacy, which radicalized every aspect of life in the South. The accuracy and reliability of the method was assessed by evaluation of linearity (100-600 ng/spot for Atenolol, Hydrochlorothiazide and Amlodipine Besylate), precision (intra-day % RSD was 0.371.19 and inter-day % RSD was 0.691.11 for Atenolol, intra-day % RSD was 0.491.16 and inter-day % RSD was 0.501.23 for Hydrochlorothiazide and intra-day % RSD was 0.590.84 and inter-day % RSD was 0.600.91 for Amlodipine Besylate), accuracy (99.93 0.43 for Atenolol, 99.92 0.72 for Hydrochlorothiazide and 99.87 0.63 for Amlodipine Besylate), and specificity in accordance with ICH guidelines.Havaldar Freddy H and Vairal Dharmendra L et al., (2010) developed a simple, specific (RP-HPLC) method and validated for the determination of atenolol, hydrochlorothiazide, losartan and valsartan. Separation was achieved with a Nucleodur 100 C18 column having 250 x 4.6mm i.d. with 5m particle size and potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer adjusted to pH 3.0 using diluted ortho phosphoric acid and acetonitrile (5050 v v) at flow rate of 1.0ml/min using UV detection at 210nm. The proposed method was validated and successfully used for estimation of atenolol, hydrochlorothiazide, losartan and valsartan in the pharmaceutical dosage form.

The result is that to a greater extent heat is trapped in the system, increasing the global temperature by 1 C (about 1.8 F). Because the earth is a closed system, these issues are of major concern to environmentalists. As the Gaia Hypothesis states it, we are sustained by a single living system, meaning that we rely on it for our survival, in which all the parts are interconnected and everything we do affects it globally. For instance, as more heat is trapped in the atmosphere, the temperature increase s, affecting precipitation, the rain becomes acid, which in looseness affect our food production and our fresh water supply, ultimately it affects all the living system on the planet. Basically, in such a system thither is no away in throwing away, hence, over the last decade people and companies started being aware of it and therefore acknowledged the need to recycle.II.RecyclingRecycling refers to aggregation and reprocessing resources into new products.
